Introduction of Our System Drop-in

Hello everyone! This is Yuka, CASE Shinjuku staff.
Thank you very much for using our co-working space!
In today’s blog, I’ll introduce how to use our co-working space with Drop-in.

What is Drop-in?

Drop-in is our system that allows you to use our co-working space temporarily for 500 yen per hour.
No reservation or registration is required—you can start working right away.

The fee is 500 yen for one hour. If you stay for more than 3 hours, the full-day rate of 2,000 yen applies.
It’s more cost-effective if you start using the space in the morning.

When you enter our coworking space, please take off your shoes and experience a bit of Japanese culture.

We are open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
We are closed on Sundays and national holidays.

Service Flow of Drop-in

The process is super simple! It’s easy to start working.

Just fill out the required information on the Drop-in card at the front desk.

You’ll fill out your name, phone number, date, and time on the Drop-in card.
Even if you’re with someone else, each person is asked to fill it out unless there’s a special reason not to.

If it’s your first time visiting, we may ask how you found out about our space.

We’ll explain how to use our co-working space simply.

We’ll explain everything in English, so don’t worry about any language barriers!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask us anytime!

Use our co-working space in your own way—freely and comfortably.

We have stylish chairs made in Italy—they not only look great, but are also very comfortable to sit on!

Rental cushions are also available, so feel free to use one if you’d like.

We also have a cozy sofa. If you’re feeling a bit tired, we recommend relaxing on it with a cup of our original coffee (only 50 yen), freshly ground from whole beans!

For online meetings, please be sure to use earphones.
If you don’t have your own, we have free rental earphones available.

After you finish using the space, please check out at the front desk.

Payment is made when you leave.
We accept not only cash, but also credit cards, electronic money, and more.

Using our co-working space is easy, right?
