Hello everyone! This is Yuka, CASE Shinjuku staff.
Thank you very much for using our coworking space and shared office!
We think it very important to have opportunity for our members to connect with them each other.
So we sometimes have some events. Today, I’ll introduce our previous events to you!
Annual Event
In every year, we have a floor cleaning event in April or May, a summer festival in July or August and a Chirstmas event in December.
A floor cleaning event (April or May)
In every Golden week(long holiday), we clean floor of coworking space.
Our floor is made by Japanese Cedar. You can enjoy cleaning floor with members with conversation and after cleaning, you have a lunch which we serve sitting there. You may feel so nice with good smell of woods and fresh air from windows.
Summer Festival (July or August)
It’s a big event! In every year, about 40 people join this event. Your family, friends and partners are also welcome!
You can enjoy some Japanese traditioal festival food, for example flowing Somen (Somen is a kind of udon, thin wheat noodle.), Yakisoba, shaved ice and so on.
We also have game party so you can get along with other members!
Christmas party (December)
Final event in every year! It’s a big event as well as Summer festival.
Meals are gorgeus. At Chirstmas party in 2023, Wonderful German guy who was our member those days made his original hot wine!
It was so delicious and very popular among members!
Special Event
We sometimes have not only annual events but also special events!
There are too much previous events to count! But we introduce some recent previous events!
World cuisine event Germany ver.

Wonderful German guy Fabian who was our member had German food event!
He cooked some German delicious dishes! All of his dishes were so delicous! I miss them.
It was so nice opportunity for us to eat real German dishes cooked by real German guy.
During few days, German brothers used our coworking space as drop-in. We asked them to join the event and they joined us! It was miracle that close to the German food event, German brothers came to our office to use for drop-in and they joined, helped grilling sousages with Fabian!

We enjoyed delicious bonitos, finely chopped tuna, marinated mackerel and bonitos flakes which we bought at the shop “Yaizu no Amimoto”.
10th Anniversary Party

It has been over 10 years since we established our office in 2013.
So we had a 10th Anniversary party in 2023!
We wanted to do something related to “10” and our answer was having 10 hours endurance party!
Before having this party, we were so nervous whether we can success or not.
But fortunately, a lot of members and their family, friends and partner came our party, and we could enjoy the time so much! We wanted to do interesting things so we asked everyone to wear costume(of course our staff wore costume too!) and had a costume contest! A lot of members wore nice and interesting costume! I thought 10 hours is so long, but time went by soon! We were really happy to celebrate our 10th Anniversary with everyone! It’s our unforgettable good memory in our life.
Ronnel’s Dance and Sing event

American dancer Ronnnel who was our member had a dance and sing event!
He broght his friends who also have music activites from his Japanese langage school.
There were two session. First session was that Rina who is a singer and a vocal trainer sang two songs with Ronnel’s accostic guitar playing. First song was Heart-Shaped Box from Nirvana.
Her voice was wonderful and amazed us! She has strong and powerful voice.
Second song was Blue Bird from Ikimonogakari. Hey you know it’s a Japanese song!
We were very surprised at her select and when she began to sing, we couldn’t help but say “Wow…”.
Her pronunciation of Japanese was so nice and her voice was beautiful and soft with different from first song.
Second session was that Ronnel danced with the beat which Andrew who is a drummer played a beat machine.
His dancing was amazing! It was first time to see one of dance techniques “Windmill”.
Looked like so complicated and difficult, but it was very impressive!
We can’t wait to have you with us!
